Each year, the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado gathers to
honor excellence, leadership, and service. In 2025, we proudly present
our Annual Leadership and Legacy Gala themed: “Real and Royal — Our Contributions
Cannot Be Contained.”

Since 2007, ULFC has been a vital force in developing Black and African American
leaders in business, government, philanthropy, and civic life. We’ve graduated over
450 leaders, awarded $350,000 in scholarships, launched more than 45 community
service projects, and helped elevate professionals to roles as elected officials, CEOs,
and board members statewide.
Our mission remains: to equip the next generation of leaders — not to just occupy
space but to transform it. And this year’s gala will reflect that mission in full: an
